The website worked for the most part, but it was kind of annoying to use. I was trying to quickly find some info before heading out, and I ended up wasting way more time than I expected clicking around. A few pages loaded slowly, and the menu wasn’t as clear as it should be, which basically threw off my plans a bit. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely needs some fixes to make things easier and faster to find.

triosmartbreath did get my prescription sorted in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But my gut feeling was that the whole back-and-forth took longer than it should have. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a little frustrating when I was hoping to get things moving quicker.
